    FITJEANS was founded in 2018 over the frustration of not finding the clothing that we and our friends wanted in any store. Almost all clothes, especially jeans, were uncomfortable with a generic fit - we wanted to change that and so FITJEANS was created. All our products are designed in Scandinavia and produced in Europe.Story

    Returns Policy

    RETURNS POLICY

    Not 100% satisfied with your FITJEANS purchase? We accept returns on products that meet our return conditions:

    • The return deadline is 14 days from the time you receive your order, please use our digital return form before this deadline expires. Returns outside this deadline will not be accepted. 
    • You are responsible for the return cost. 
    • The item should be returned in its original condition, that means in the same packaging, with all labels hanging on, without odors, stains, marks or hairs. 
    • Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Items sold on sale are refunded as digital gift cards.
    • Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost. 
    • You are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive it.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.

    Refunds occur the same day we process your return and send you a confirmation email. This may take up to 5-10 business days from the return date. 

    The full amount of the returned products is refunded to the account that paid for the order. The amount will be visible in your bank account 1-5 business days after the refund has been completed.

    KLARNA INVOICE PURCHASES

    If you have selected Klarna invoice as your payment method, you can log in to Klarna and tell them about your return, and the invoice will be paused until everything is arranged. 

    RECLAIM / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:

    If we have incorrectly packed or sent you damaged item, please email us at support@fitjeans.com and we will help you.

    EXCHANGES: 

    If you want to change the color / size of a product, it is easiest to place a new order on the desired product and return the product you have already received.

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    2. DOWNLOAD PHYSICAL RETURN FORM and add it inside the parcel so we can connect your return with the digital return form when we receive it at our warehouse. 

    3. After you have used the return forms, please send your return back to us with your preferred postal service to the address below:

    If you would like to purchase a trackable express return slip from us at cost price from DHL, please email us at support@fitjeans.com, and the amount (€15) will be deducted from your return.
